Electronic Communications Agreement

In hopes of doing our part for our planet and decreasing our carbon footprint, we want to provide you all of our services digitally, including getting all relevant information to you via electronic statements. As per your right by law, you can request to have your information given to you on a hard copy. However, with your consent, we would like to give it to you electronically instead.

In this Agreement:

  • “We,” “us,” “our,” and “FlipScore” refer to FlipScore Credit, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
  • “You” and “your” refer to the person giving this consent in connection with your enrollment in the FlipScore service.
  • “Communications” include each disclosure, notice, agreement, fee schedule, privacy policy, statement, record, document, and other information we provide to you, or that you sign or submit or agree to at our request.
You Agree to Receive Electronic Communications From Us

When you use our services, we will provide you with certain communications. By accepting this agreement, you consent to receive any and all communications in an electronic form. This is included for any products, services, and accounts that you have or have applied for, either now or in the future. By agreeing, you are also giving consent to the use of electronic signatures as part of your relationship with us.

In some cases, we may still provide you with a hard copy of your information at our discretion, even though you have consented to receive it electronically. This is largely in part due to the fact that the law does not permit the communication of certain information electronically. However, if any changes in the law, now or in the future, change to permit this information to be passed electronically, this agreement will automatically cover those communications as well.

Our electronic communications can be presented to you in a number of different ways and on different platforms. Our electronic communications are made in the following ways:
  • Emails
  • Posts on our website
  • Downloadable files presented on-screen through our website or mobile services
  • Any other electronic communication we deliver to you
  • Any other way that has been specified in your agreement with us

If we are communicating information to you electronically that is not directly delivered to you (for example, through email or direct presentation), we will specify where you can go to view that information.

In the case that you sign up for a new product, service, or account with us, we will remind you that you have already consented to receive electronic communication through our Electronic Communications Agreement, which includes the use of your electronic signature in your relationship with us.

If you wish to opt-out of giving us permission for electronic communication and the use of your electronic signature in regard to the new product, service, or account, that choice will not withdraw your previous consent on an agreement with any other product, service, or account.

You will need certain devices and services to receive electronic Communications.

To Receive Electronic Communications From Us, You Will Require the Following:

A computer or mobile device with an operating system that supports all that is listed below

  • A valid and working connection to the internet.
  • A current version of a web browser that we support. You should check the system requirements periodically for updates to supported software.
  • A data storage unit, such as a hard drive.
  • A valid and active email address,
  • A current version of a program that displays PDF files.

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that would create a risk that you may not be able to access or retain our electronic communications to you, we will give you notice of that change. If you choose to continue using our electronic services after receiving the notice, this automatically signifies your acceptance of our change and reaffirms your consent.

Please Keep Your Contact Information up to Date

In the case of all electronic communications with us, it is your responsibility to keep your contact information up-to-date. This is to ensure that you receive any and all information we share with you. You can update your email address and other contact information in your profile by simply editing it either on our web or mobile platforms. You may also contact Customer Service at support@flipscorecredit.com.

You May Have the Option to Receive Paper Copies

Upon request, we may agree to make hard copies of certain electronic communications. If you would like to receive a hard copy, please contact our customer service at support@flipscorecredit.com to find out if your request is possible.

You Can Withdraw Your Consent to Receiving Electronic Communications

At any point, you have the right to withdraw your consent to receiving electronic communications. However, in the case that you choose to withdraw your consent, you will also terminate all FlipScore Credit services; you will no longer be able to access or use any services provided by Flip Turn Credit. We will permanently delete all your data, except that which we are required to retain.

To withdraw your consent, you can contact our customer service at support@flipscorecredit.com. Your withdrawal will come into effect once we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.
